Logging in

In order to log into Appature

Broadleaf IQ login screen

1. In a web browser of your choice, navigate to: https://app.appature.io
   
   
2. In the "login" field, enter the email address you used to register your Appature account. If you do not have an  account, read this article on how to create an account
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your password in the "password" field
   
   
   NOTE: The "eye" icon, when clicked, will reveal your password. Clicking it again will re-hide your password
   
   
4. Click the "login" button
   
   
   
5. If your credentials are correct, you will be logged in and taken to your home board

Common issues

Issue 1: My credentials are incorrect 

Solution 1: Verify that you do have an account; if you don't, follow this guide (link) on how to create an account

Solution 2: Follow the instructions on how to reset your password

Issue 2: My access doesn't look the same

Solution 1: Speak with your system administrator to ensure that your access or Appature plan has not changed
