This article will walk you through how to manage your Appature subscription



In order to manage the subscription of an organization, you must be an "admin" user for your org. If you are not an admin user and wish to change your subscription level, please reach out to your system admin.

Managing your subscription

To manage your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Configurations module

  2. In the configuration sub-menu, select "Subscription"

  3. The subscription page will show key details of your subscription:

    1. Number of Users: how many users your subscription entitles you to
    2. Historical Data: how far back in time Appature will pull data from the connected systems
    3. Connections: how many data connections you are entitled to under your subscription

Changing subscription

To change your subscription level:

  1. click either the "Upgrade" button or "change subscription" buttons


  2. Select the new plan from the "Plans" drop down and click "upgrade". You will receive a confirmation email to finish the process.
