There are a number of reports based on the current plants. This article will go through what they are and how they are calculated
TABLE OF CONTENTS
- Assumptions
- Active plant count by phase
- Active plant count by license
- Active plant count by strain
- Active plant count by location
Assumptions
All "active plant count" named reporting is based on "active" plants. Active plants are plants that are marked as active in METRC, either as individually tagged plants, or as a member of an active clone batch. More specifically:
- For tagged plants, their status must be "Active" and they cannot be harvested or destroyed
- For plant batches, Appature only counts the number in the "untracked count" field of plant batches
Active plant count by phase
Active plant count by phase groups all "active" plants by their current grow phase. Untracked plants within plant batches will always be "immature"; tagged plants can be either "vegetative" or "flowering". The report then counts the total number of active plants within each phase
Active plant count by license
Active plant count by license groups all "active" plants by the license they are grown under. This means immature / plant batch plants will be counted alongside tagged plants. Please note, we will only show plants growing under licenses that are connected to Appature. If you are missing licenses, please contact your administrator, its possible the METRC API key does not have all the organization's licenses.
Active plant count by strain
Active plant count by strain groups all "active" plants by their strain. This means immature / plant batches will be counted along side tagged plants. The only strains that will show will be strains that are actively being grown.
Active plant count by location
Active plant count by location groups all "active" plants by their current location. Plants of different growth phases and strains may be counted within the same location, if their current location is the same. This report will not show all locations within an organization, only the locations that have active plants.
